Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the booking by the Customer is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any monies paid will be refunded. If the customer gives less than 48 hours notice, a partial refund of 50% will be granted. Rescheduling is allowed once with no fee. New backdrops that have been ordered in cannot be refunded.
