Gallery Hire
The Cool Studio Gallery is the perfect space for exhibitions, pop-ups, workshops and private events! Located in Collingwood, it is a bustling creative hub for artists and the surrounding community.
The space can be cleared to a blank slate for your event to take full creative license, or you can harness the furnishings that are already in place.
We try to be flexible and affordable, so reach out if you have an event idea!

Per hour (min 2 hours)

Evening (5pm to 10pm)

Gallery Hire includes:
2 hours bump in before event start (same day for evening hire or day before for full day hire). Does not apply for hourly hires.
1 hour bump out after event (day after)
Use of all shared facilites including bathroom and kitchenette
3 phase power
Free nbn wi-fi
Trestle table
Speaker
Optional furniture pieces
Extension cables + power boards
Hirer Responsibilities
Cool Studio does NOT have a liquor license and cannot accomodate for parties.
Full payment is required to lock in the booking.
Cancellation with less than 72 hours before bump-in time will result in a charge of 50% of the hire fee.
Cancellation of the event within 24 hours of bump-in will result in a charge of 100% of the hire fee (excluding 20% deposit).
